You can claim a refund if we feel we have failed to satisfy your requirements. We are sure that such situations won’t take place though. Whether the refund will be done fully, partially, or no refund is purely based on the decision of our team. We have a quality inspection team available. They will take some time and check whether you can claim a refund.

• Before you go ahead placing a refund, go through the refund policies stated here. If your cause is not listed under these clauses, your cause will not be entertained by our team. Please go through the refund policy of our company.
• If you want to cancel the order before we have assigned any tutor for you, you can ask for another tutor or another assignment of the same price value. But if our tutor started working on the assignment, he will go ahead with it and no money will be refunded to you.
• If you get two payment receipts and you were charged twice, we request you to reach us. Send the receipts through online chat or mail. We will definitely take some time to check the receipts and will give you two options. You can recharge the amount for further projects or you can get a total refund. In case of the refund, it will take 7 - 10 business days.
• Our tutor segment is filled with experts and we only have professional people on our list. Still, if the writer becomes unavailable during your project, we can prepare another project of the same cost for you. This will be complimentary from our side.
• The client should keep all the papers, documents, and necessary information handy. In a few cases, we could not deliver on time due to the fact that the client did not provide us with all the detailed information about the paper and kept some information to him only. Yet we have managed to keep a 98% record of submitting the order on time. A query will be placed for you. If you do not respond within the given deadline, our writer will finish writing the paper and this will not be entertained further. Next time when the writer will be available, then only you can get your job done. For special occasions, we can arrange the writer, but you have to pay the charges for this special service.
• Our company is famous for offering cent percent satisfactory results to the clients. But this satisfaction guarantee depends on the first demo or intro given by you. Till we can reach your expectations based on the first intro, our writers will rework on the project. If the intro is changed or the deadline is changed, we are not going to work on the project anymore. The time is calculated from the date of the first submission. So before placing your refund query, please check the dates and calculate everything accordingly.
• If in any worst condition you cannot pass the exam for assignment and get a fail grade, we will definitely refund you 50% of the total money. We will offer max 30 days to claim your refund after that we do not entertain your request. This situation will never occur anyways. The writer charges an advance before he/she starts working on the project. We cannot take the money back from him. However, a serious course of action will take place against that tutor. We can, therefore, ban the writer for some time or forever. If the grades come under 50% we are not held responsible for that.
• We provide the best writers to you at an affordable price. You can easily choose those writers who are well rated by customers. However, experts with higher ratings will have higher charges.
• Except for the second point, we do not encourage a cash refund. If you place a claim and it is proven that your claim is true, you can get a refund on your wallet.
• No refund will be initiated for pre-used assignments, resume and plagiarism report.
• All these clauses are subject to change. We can change, modify, or delete any or all of these clauses at any point with or without informing anyone out there.
